Component Design Engineer

Qualifications:

PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related field with an emphasis in device transistor physics
Additional Desired Qualifications:
Graduate level courses or projects relevant to device simulation, circuit simulation and/or compact model development
Experience in object oriented programming parallel programming and software design, particularly expertise in python scripting
Ability to be cognitively flexible and agile in a fast changing software environment
Good interpersonal written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
