Job Role: Sales Manager — National Accounts

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or more

Experience:

• 08 years in sales selling service outsourcing/HCM solutions/related software solutions to senior level executives.
• Strong B2B selling experience
• Ability to connect and have engaging conversations with CEO’s/CXO’s etc
• Ability to articulate well and convert passive clients into business deals.
• Proven sales track record
• Effective communication, negotiation and personal grooming

Bonus points if you have these:

• Having an advanced degree is preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of automation aspects
• Strong managerial ability
• Understanding of HR/Payroll outsourcing concepts
