• Work in Blended operations team to process the enquires/ requests/ complaints from clients within defined timeline.
• Detail oriented, thorough in analyzing and interpreting data.
• Agility to learn and work in cross domain processes.
• Ability to achieve daily / weekly / monthly KPIs.
• Proven knowledge of computer operating systems i.e. MS-Excel along with good keyboard skills.
• Experience and Fresher both are Eligible.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Good communication skills.
• Be punctual & discipline
