I want to pursue a paramedical course offered by AIIMS. Please provide details of the courses the institute offers.
Paramedical service covers a range of diagnostic and therapeutic services under its umbrella. Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiography, Medical Laboratory Technology, Speech Therapy, Renal Dialysis Technology, Optometry, Emergency and Trauma Care Technology and Rehabilitation Therapy are all various paramedical services.

Paramedics can work in public and private hospitals, diagnostic centres, government departments, rehabilitation centres, NGOs and schools. Prospects for paramedics are bright in abroad also.

All India Institute of Medical Science, Delhi offers the following courses:
B.Sc. (Hons) in Ophthalmic Techniques and in Medical Technology:
The eligibility criterion is 10+2 with at least 50 per cent marks and Biology, Physics and Chemistry as subjects.

Master’s programme in Biotechnology with Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology and Pharmacology as specialisations: The eligibility criterion is B.Sc.\ B.V.Sc.\ B. Pharma with 60 per cent marks or MBBS\ BDS with at least 55 percentage marks.

M.Sc. (Nuclear Medicine Technology): The eligibility criterion is B.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine/ B.Sc. with Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics or B.Sc. in a Life Science along with Physics as a subject.

M.Sc. (Urology Technology): The eligibility criterion is B.Sc. with Science (Biology at 10+2 level) or B.Sc. Theatre Technique.

The admission to these courses is based on performance in entrance test.
