IIM CAT 2024 Notification

The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a computer-based entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). It is mandatory for admission to various management programs offered by IIMs and several other business schools in India.

CAT 2024 Eligibility:

Who can apply?

To be eligible for CAT 2024, you must meet at least one of the following conditions:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree: You must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC/ST/PwD categories) from a recognized Indian university.
• Final Year of Bachelor's Degree: You can apply if you're in the final year of your Bachelor's degree program and meet the minimum percentage requirement. However, if selected by an IIM, you'll need to submit a certificate from your university stating you've completed all degree requirements before joining the program.
• Completed Professional Degree: You can apply with a completed professional degree like CA, CS, ICWA (CMA), or FIAI, provided you meet the minimum percentage requirement (45% for SC/ST/PwD, 50% for others)

CAT 2024 - Registration Fees:

• ₹1250 - SC, ST and PwD candidates
• ₹2500 - All other categories
• Fee is paid only once, regardless of the number of IIMs applied to.
• Fees are non-refundable.

CAT 2024 - Test Centers:

• CAT will be conducted in approximately 170 cities across India.
• Candidates can choose their preferred test city (up to five).
• The list of cities may be subject to change.
