Eligibility Criteria:
Domicile: Haryana, Uttarakhand, or Bihar
Gender: Female
Academic Pursuit: Currently pursuing a STEM degree at a government college or university
Academic Performance: Minimum 80% marks in Class 12 and 65% in previous semesters
Family Income: Annual family income must be less than INR 3.5 lakh
