Program Manager (PM)

Qualifications:

A Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET ensures a product’s quality by making sure it performs as users expect it to.

- Ability to solve complex problems and write automation systems and device drivers
- Ability to author test plans and cases, conduct security and stress tests, and debug at source level after identifying, investigating, and prioritizing bugs

The HR Trax Program
HR Trax is Microsoft’s accelerated HR development program for interns and full-time hires from universities around the world.
The HR Trax program is a tailored two-year rotational assignment (two one-year rotations) that places Trax members in challenging roles across HR. Participants are assigned “real-life” projects and responsibilities, and are expected to have a significant impact in the work they do and contributions they make. Upon completing the program, Trax members emerge with a solid understanding of Microsoft HR, Microsoft business functions, a strong track record and a network to propel them to future success.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing MBA or MA in HR-related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of practical internship or professional experience in HR related field preferred.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, recognize trends and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Support Engineer
The role of the Support Engineer includes:
- Finding solutions for technically complex problems identified in Microsoft products.
- Solve highly complex level of problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty;
- Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with Tech Leads and escalation resources when appropriate.
