The government has allowed the rationalization and transfer of municipal teachers in the Andhra Pradesh state.
Permission for transfers of teachers
Special Secretary to the Government Y Srilakshmi has directed Municipal Administration Director MM Nayak to carry out the process of rationalization and transfers as per the rules of the Department of Education. The whole process is said to be conducted transparently. The ACB has ordered the exclusion of those in vigilance cases and those subject to disciplinary action by the department.
