The situation has become like that, one can't expect a day to begin without tea. Tea consumption is on the rise around the world. India ranks second in global tea production. The tea industry in our country has spread across Assam, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Various types of tea are produced here. The task of 'Tea Tasters' is to distinguish and differentiate between the types and flavors of the tea. The Tea Taster is one of the most talented careers in the world right now. Traditional tea tasters used to report based on their experience. But modern tea tasters are branding them scientifically. Even though youthis choosing it as an offbeat career, experts opine that one has to upgrade their skills to grab the opportunities.
Eligibility:
There isn't any complete degree course available to become a Tea Taster. Many companies offer three month to one year certificate and diploma courses to educate on tea testing techniques and tea related scientific knowledge. Degree holders in Food Sciences, Horticulture, Agriculture and Botany may enroll in these courses. Working experience in the tea estate also helps to become a tea taster.
To become a tea-taster... the taste buds and the sense of smell (smell) must be effective. It helps to identify alkaloids in tea samples and smell different varieties.
One should have knowledge about tea varieties, various tea plantations, and the manufacturing process.
Smoking, drinking alcohol and consuming heavy spices should be avoided. It is believed that such habits will lessen the chances to taste the things effectively.
Tea tasters need to have the knowledge of tea market as well.
Wages
Skilled tea tasters will receive attractive salaries. Initially they are paid Rs. 30k per month. Based on experience, they can earn up to Rs.50,000 per month. Additional facilities will be provided in the tea estates.

Pet Grooming
Hens, cows, sheep and goats are common pets in every home in the villages. Now-a-days having dogs and cats as pets has become a hobby in towns and cities. But most of the animals lovers don't know how to handle them when their pets are ill and their feeding etc. They don't hesitate to spend a lot of money for saving and wellbeingof their pets. There are a very few institutions offering gerontology degree courses in our country compared to abroad. But some institutes offer post graduate diploma and certificate courses in gerontology.
