మణిపుర్ రాష్ట్రం చురచందూర్ జిల్లాలో 1976లో జన్మించిన గ్లోరియా.. బేగంపేటలోని సెయింట్ ఫ్రాన్సిస్ కళాశాలలో బీఏ చదివారు. హైదరాబాద్లోనే సివిల్స్శిక్షణ తీసుకొని తొలి ప్రయత్నంలోనే 2000లో ఐఎఫ్ఎస్కు ఎంపికయ్యారు.
