AP RGUKT IIIT Counselling Dates 2024: Download Call Letter at admissions24.rgukt.in

The list of students who qualified for the six-year integrated course entrance exam has already been released.

AP IIIT Counselling Schedule for 2024-25:

Three-Phase Counseling: Students who have passed their 10th class can apply for admissions to these IIITs. The counseling process will be conducted in three phases. After applying online, students will be called for counseling. Students must download the call letter from the RGUKT website and attend the counseling on the specified dates. Students selected for these IIITs will be admitted to a six-year integrated B.Tech course. Hostel accommodation will be provided.

How to Download Call Letter?

• Visit AP RGUKT Admissions 2024 official website https://admissions24.rgukt.in/ind/home
• Click on "Download call letter for Provisionally selected candidates under GENERAL, SPECIAL CATEGORY (CAP AND BSG) and Other States category for all campuses" link available on home page.
• Enter your RGUKT Application number or 10th class hall ticket number and Date of Birth.
• Click on submit button
• Your call letter will be displayed.
• Download and take print out for further reference.

Seat Allocation: The list of students qualified for counseling in these four IIITs has been made available on their respective websites.

• A total of 4,400 seats are available in all four IIITs. Each IIIT has 1,000 seats.
• There are an additional 400 seats under the EWS quota.
• A total of 53,863 students have applied for these 4,400 seats. This means there are approximately 13 applicants for each seat.
• Among the applicants, 34,154 are from government schools and 19,671 from private schools.
• Of these, 23,006 are boys and 30,857 are girls.
• Of the total applicants, 50,132 are from Andhra Pradesh, 3,693 from Telangana, and 38 from other states.

Admissions will be based on merit, considering the marks obtained in the 10th class. These seats will be allocated to students from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana under the open merit category. Reservations will be provided based on SC, ST, and OBC categories. Additionally, 100 seats will be allocated for economically weaker sections. 25% supernumerary seats will be available for students from other states.

Documents required for AP RGUKT IIIT Counselling 2024:

Candidates should bring five photocopy sets of the following documents along with original documents at the time of Admission Counselling.  

• a) SSC/Equivalent marks sheet issued by the respective boards.
• b) Proof of caste / community certificate (SC/ST/BC) in the prescribed proforma by those claiming reservation under any of these categories.
• c) Latest EWS certificate (not earlier to 2023) issued by the competent authority by those claiming reservation under EWS category
• d) Physically Handicapped (PH) certificate in the prescribed proforma by those claiming reservation under this category.
• e) Children of Armed Forces (CAP) certificate in the prescribed proforma by those claiming reservation under this category.
• f) NCC certificate by those claiming reservation under this category.
• g) Sports certificate(s) at the level of inter-state and above by those claiming reservation under this category.
• h) Bharat Scouts and Guides with relevant certificates. 

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee for the candidates who studied in Schools situated in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana states is Rs.45,000/- per annum for PUC program and Rs 50,000/- per annum for B.Tech program.
