- Nationality: Indian Citizen or as per specific requirements outlined.
- Age: Minimum 20 years, Maximum 30 years (relaxation for reserved categories).
- Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient (reading, writing & speaking) in the desired local language of the chosen state.

One of the following methods will be used based on the number of applications received:
