• Candidate should possess certificate in proof of passing the qualifying examination as on 01.12.2024.
• Knowledge of Reading, Writing and Speaking of Regional Language of the State / UT against the vacancies for which a candidate wishes to apply, is essential.

NIACL Assistant New Recruitment 2024 - Selection Procedure: 

The selection process will involve online tests (Preliminary & Main Examination) followed by a Regional Language Test.

1. Preliminary Examination:

Format: Online objective test with 100 marks and a duration of one hour.
Sections: 

• Test of English Language
• Test of Reasoning
• Test of Numerical Ability

Qualifying Criteria: Candidates must secure passing marks (determined by the Company) in each test.
Shortlisting: A predetermined number of candidates will be shortlisted for the Main Examination based on their performance and state/category-wise quotas.

2. Main Examination:

Format: Online objective test with 250 marks and a duration of two hours.
Sections: 

• Test of English Language
• Test of Reasoning
• Test of Numerical Ability
• Computer Knowledge
• Test of General Awareness

Scoring: Each section is individually timed.

3. Regional Language Test:

• Purpose: To assess language proficiency in the official language of the state/UT where the candidate is applying.
• Eligibility: Candidates who qualify the Main Examination will be called for this test.
• Format: Conducted by the Company at designated centers.
• Qualifying Nature: This test is qualifying only; no scores are assigned.
