SBI Junior Associates Recruitment 2024 - Qualifications (As on 31.12.2024):

• Graduation in any discipline or any equivalent qualification
• Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2024.
• Those who are in the final year/ semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2024.

SBI Junior Associates Recruitment 2024 - Selection Procedure

The selection process will comprise three stages:

1. Online Preliminary Examination:

• Objective Test: A 1-hour online test with 100 objective questions (30 English, 35 Numerical Ability, 35 Reasoning Ability).
• Marking: 1 mark per correct answer, 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer.
• No sectional cutoff: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their overall score in the Preliminary Exam.

2. Online Main Examination:

• Objective Test: A 2-hour 40-minute online test with 190 objective questions (50 General/Financial Awareness, 40 General English, 50 Quantitative Aptitude, 50 Reasoning & Computer Aptitude).
• Marking: 1 mark per correct answer, 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer.

3. Test of Specified Opted Local Language:

• Exemption: Candidates who can produce their 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/certificate as proof of having studied the specified opted local language will be exempt from the language test. 
• Language Test: For candidates not exempt, a language test will be conducted after provisional selection but before joining. 
• Disqualification: Candidates who fail to qualify the language test will not be offered appointment.
