A total of 9,51,321 candidates had applied for 8,180 TSPSC Group-4 job positions available throughout the state. Out of the total applicants, approximately 80 percent of the candidates participated in the examination. Specifically, 7,62,872 candidates appeared for Paper-1, while 7,61,198 candidates appeared for Paper-2.

The authorities are expected to release the preliminary answer key during the second week of July. It is anticipated that the entire recruitment process will be finalized prior to the announcement of the Telangana Assembly election schedule.
The recruitment of TSPSC Group 4 positions is expected to foster a positive outlook among the unemployed population towards the government of Telangana. Consequently, there are plans to announce the Group 4 results by the conclusion of July. However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent the release by the end of July, the authorities are reportedly organizing arrangements to publish the results during the first week of August. The announcement of the Group 4 results will include the marks obtained by individual candidates, which will determine the selection of candidates for district and zone-specific posts.

The present notification comprises a total of 8,180 job positions distributed across approximately 99 departments, encompassing both district and zonal level vacancies. The allocation of candidates to their respective posts will be confirmed through web options, which will be made available subsequent to the declaration of results. Following this, candidates vying for specific positions will be selected based on merit. Once the certificate verification process is completed, the final list of selected candidates will be officially announced.

After the results are declared, it is anticipated that the entire selection process, including document verification, may take approximately one to two months to conclude. There is a likelihood that the election schedule will be released in October or November. However, it is feasible to complete the recruitment process for TSPSC Group-4 posts before the schedule for the elections is announced.
