• Large applicant pool: The exam was conducted for more than 24 lakh candidates.
• Widespread administration: The test was held across 4750 centers in 571 cities throughout India, including 14 international locations.
• Exam details: The NEET UG 2024 was held on May 5th, 2024 (Sunday) from 2:00 PM to 5:20 PM IST.
• Number of Candidates registered: 2406079 
• Number of Candidates Present: 2333297 
• Number of Candidates Absent: 72782
