Job Role: 1M1B Government Relations and Policy Fellow

Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences, Public Policy, law, Social Sciences or related, 2020/ 2021/ 2022/ 2023 passout graduates can apply.

Skills:

Proficiency in the local language is advantageous
Interest and capability to train students and local trainers
Minimum of 1 year of experience in government relations, public policy, public affairs, or a relevant field
Understanding of government structures, legislative processes, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated success in policy advocacy and public affairs campaigns
Capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team

Interview Procedure:

1st round: HR
2nd round: One to One Interaction
3rd Round: Personal Round
