Job Role: Data Centre Operation Technician, Data Center Operations
Basic Qualifications
Are 18 years of age or older. High school or equivalent diploma. STEM classes or vocational course curriculum education
Work for 40 hours/week, and overtime as required. Work 10 hour shifts as needed
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications and Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordination with Manager
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
Data Center Operations: Inventory Management, Hot/Cold Aisles, Security
Understanding of network design, protocols and troubleshooting
