Keep India Smiling Foundational Grant Sports Scholarship 2023

Keep India Smiling Foundational Scholarship and Mentorship Programme for Sportsperson and Individuals aims to provide foundational support to individuals who are deserving & meritorious but lack the resources to pursue their dreams. Along with the financial support, the programme will also focus on mentorship and career guidance to the beneficiaries, as and when required.

Scholarship Benefits:

Provides financial support of Rs.75,000 per year for 2 years
Mentorship support from the Colgate KIS Program

Eligibility:

Must be involved in activities, which is impacting more than 20-25 people (multiplier effect) and are done at individual level:
Teaching, training, skilling a group of underprivileged children or providing sports training to them
The scholarship award for community help is not applicable for NGOs, who receive corporate funds or donation receipts of more than INR 1 lakh in a year
Must be from the economically weaker or moderate-income group of society
Graduation as minimum educational qualification
Relevant community references to be provided by the candidate

Documents Required:

Passport-sized photograph
Valid ID proof – Either of Aadhaar Card/Driving License/Voter Id Card/Pan Card
Income Proof – Income certificate/BPL certificate/Food security certificate/Any other certificate of income issued by competent government authority.
Disability certificate, in case of any physical disability
Name & Registration no. of NGO/Rotary/Association/ Not for profit
