Qualification: M.Sc. Degree or equivalent in Electronics/ Electronic Sciences (EL)/ Physics (PH)/ Nanotechnology/ Material Science + GATE qualified. or M.Tech in Microelectronics/ Nano electronics/ Nanotechnology/ Nano biotechnology/ Material Science and engineering.
Age Limit: 25 years
Emoluments: Rs.31000/- per month
