APSOS Inter Admission 2023

Andhra Pradesh State Open School (APSOS) has released the notification for Admission in to Intermediate for the academic year 2023 - 24.

Eligibility:

A pass in S.S.C
Candidates who wish to opt for Science subjects in Intermediate course shall have studied Maths and General Science in their X Class. Those who got admitted without the above qualification in Intermediate such candidates admission will be cancelled at any time and their performance will be cancelled even after passing of Intermediate examination.
If candidate opts for Science subjects in Intermediate course without studying Maths and General Science in his/ her SSC, such admission will be cancelled at any stage of his/ her admission. In case pass certificates issued to such candidates will be cancelled without any notice.
Learners who studied SSC in other State Boards/ Foreign Countries and seek admission in APOSS shall have to take “ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE” from Board of Intermediate, A.P. and submit at the time of admission.
The Intermediate course is of two years duration. The learners who passed SSC in current academic year i.e., March/April or May/June, 2022 are permitted to write only 4 subjects out of 5 subjects during Public Examinations, April, 2023 and learners can appear for the 5th subject during Public Examinations April, 2024 as a two years gap is compulsory from passing of SSC Examination.
The Learners who submitted their SSC Marks Memo (2023) for admission get only provisional confirmation, final confirmation will be done submitting the Original Pass Certificate from their respective Boards. Failure to submit the Original SSC Certificate will result in cancellation of admission.
Contrary to the above rule (V), if the learner intentionally or mistakenly registers the year of passing SSC as a different year and obtains a pass certificate by verifying that the pass certificate is one or two or more years older than that passed by SSC, the pass certificate obtained with such false verification shall be compulsorily cancelled without any prior notice.

Registration Fee: Rs.200/-

Admission Fee: Rs.1400/- for general category and Rs.1100/- for Women of all categories, SC, ST, BC, differently-abled persons/ Trans Genders and Ex-Servicemen / their Children.
