PhD in School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada (SPAV)
The categories of research are as follows:
i. PhD in Planning
ii. PhD in Architecture
iii. PhD in Building Engineering and Management
Eligibility: -Candidates who have passed the MSc having 60% marks with appropriate.
Free: Application fee (non-refundable) for each PhD programme applied for is Rs.3,000/- for General/OBC categories and Rs. 2,000/- for SC/ST/PH/EWS categories and can be paid through online mode only.
Selection Process:
- Stage-I: Shortlisted candidates are required to qualify in a “qualifying written test” conducted by the Institute in the campus.
- Stage-II: The candidates who qualify the Stage–I shall appear for interview and deliver a brief presentation on his/her proposed PhD research interest.
How to Apply: An applicant can apply for any number of PhD programmes offered as given in ‘A (i, ii & iii)’. However, applicant needs to submit separate application forms and supporting documents as separate sets for each PhD programme applied for. Fee should be paid separately for each PG programme applied for and the fee details to be enclosed in the respective application forms separately. The application form is available on SPAV Website https://www.spav.ac.in under Admissions Section, which needs to be downloaded, duly filled, signed and sent with self-attested copies of required supporting documents
