Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District Notification 2022 for Theatre Assistant & Record Assistant

Applications are invited through off-line mode (Physical applications) from eligible candidates for various posts to work purely on Out-sourcing basis in APVVP Hospitals of S.P.S.R. Nellore District.

1. Theatre Assistant: 01 Post

Qualification: i) Must have passed SSC / 10th Class or its equivalent. ii) Must have put minimum service of 5 years as Nursing Orderly in a hospital.

2. Record Assistant: 01 Post

Qualification: Must have passed SSC/ 10th Class or its equivalent exam from recognised by the Govt of A.P. institutions.

Age Limit (As on 01/07/2022): 42 years

Application Fee:

• For OC candidates - Rs.500/-
• For SC/ ST/ BC candidates - Rs.300/-
• For Physically challenged candidates - Exempted

How to Apply:

• The candidate requested to download the application forms from website https://spsnellore.ap.gov.in/notice_category/recruitment/ and the copy of application form along with all necessary documents shall submit in-person (from 10.30 A.M. to 05.00 P.M)/ by Registered post.
• The filled-in applications along with necessary documents shall be submitted in the office of the District Coordinator of Hospital Services (APVVP), S.P.S.R. Nellore District.
