Panchayat Secretary Posts in Telangana

The Telangana Government's Panchayati Raj and Rural Employment Commissioner's Office in Hyderabad has issued a notification for the recruitment of Junior Panchayat Secretary posts across the state under the Sports Quota.

Total number of posts: 172
Eligibility: Must have computer knowledge along with degree pass. Sports quota must be qualified.
Age: Must be between 18 and 44 years old. The maximum age limit will be relaxed to five years for SC / ST / BC, three years for Ex-Servicemen, ten years for PH candidates and five years for Telangana State Government employees.
Salary Allowance: Rs 28,719 per month.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be based on written test as well as sports certificates. The written test consists of two papers. Paper 1 contains 100 questions for 100 marks from General Studies, Mental Ability, Culture and Telangana History. Also in Paper 2, 100 questions for 100 marks will be asked on Telangana Panchayati Raj Act 2018, Rural Development Programs and other Central and State Government schemes. At least 35 marks will be required in each paper. The question paper will be in Telugu, English and Urdu.
