DMHO Ananthapuramu Notification 2021 For Pharmacist Gr II

The District Medical and Health Officer, Ananthapuramu invites application for the following posts purely on contract basis

Pharmacist Gr. II: 21 Posts

Qualification: a) Candidates must have passed SSC or its equivalent exam and mush have passed in Diploma in Pharmacy or B.Pharmacy. b) Candidates must be registered in the AP Pharmacy Council. c) Pharma.D (Doctor of Pharmacy) candidates are not eligible.

Age Limit: 42 years

Remuneration: Rs.19,019/- per month

Fee:

• For OC candidates: Rs.300/-
• For SC/ ST/ BC/ EWS candidates: Rs.200/-
• For Physically challenged candidates: Exempted

How to Apply: The candidate is required to download the application forms from website (https://ananthapuramu.ap.gov.in/) and the copy of application form along with necessary documents shall submit in person/ by Registered post.
