Candidate should have defended his/her thesis at the time of application. Candidate with relevant experience and publication in relevant journals will have added advantage. 2. Candidate completed his/her PhD in last five years. 3. Candidate should have good academic records throughout and good writing skills. 4. Candidates should not have published in Predatory Journals.
