2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

IIT Hyderabad Jr. Research Fellow Recruitment 2023 - Qualification: M.Sc or equivalent in Electronics/ Electronic Sciences (EL)/ Physics (PH)/ Nanotechnology/ Material Science and GATE qualified or ME/ M.Tech in Microelectronics/ Nanoelectronics/ Nanotechnology/ Nanobiotechnology/ Material Science and engineering Minimum CGPA of 8/10.

IIT Hyderabad Jr. Research Fellow Recruitment 2023 - Age Limit (As on 01/01/23): 28 years

3. Project Assistant I

IIT Hyderabad Project Assistant I Recruitment 2023 - Qualification: B.Sc/ 3 years Diploma in Engineering & Technology with all through first class/ distinction.
