Job Role: Chat/ Email Customer Support

Qualification: BA

Experience: 1 - 5 years

Responsibilities:

Excellent communication Skills- Written and Oral, Strong customer advocacy skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.
Prior experience in international chat/email process is preferred.
Should be able to handle all inbound customer service chat/email.
