User Experience Design Associate

Qualification: Degree (Bachelor, Masters) in Design from a reputed Design School.

Experience: 0 - 3 years

Skills:

Interaction Design – Should be able to convert business & user requirements into highly usable and creative UI designs for multiple devices/channels (responsive design).
Visual Design – Good visual design skills is desirable, but not mandatory.
Technical Skills – HTML & CSS skills are desired, but not mandatory.
Prototyping Skills – Proven experience in using prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, etc. for creating designs.
Soft Skills – Excellent English communication skills, teamwork, self-motivated, creative and yet pragmatic, demonstrates maturity & emotional intelligence, especially since the role requires extensive collaboration between multiple stakeholders working in a global setup.
