Qualification: BE/ B.Tech (CSE/ IT disciplines only) 2021 students graduates with minimum 60% aggregate throughout the academics and with no backlogs and Students from Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Medchal only are eligible to apply.

Skills:

1 – 2 years of relevant experience in L1 technical customer support (voice and email), with a strong customer interaction experience
Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills
Excellent Customer Service Orientation.
Problem-resolving abilities
Strong documentation skills
Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts
Willing to work in shifts (24x7)
