Job Role: Customer Service Executive - Presales feasibility

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunications)
  • CCNA preferred
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in telecom service delivery across Wireless and Fixed domain
  • Good understanding of telecom standards & protocols – Telecom Testing (VOIP), RF Installation and Testing Knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and good knowledge in documentations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers
  • Decision-making skills and taking the right approach logically
  • A good team player & good Customer experience/ satisfaction.
