Operator

Eligibility:

• 10+2, Diploma/ ITI (EEE, ECE disciplines only)
• Minimum 55% without any backlogs, students graduating in 2021
• Ability to pass the background check, drug screening, manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination test
• Demonstrate values of strictly adhering to laid down procedures, ethics and safety
• Need to have a valid Passport or Willingness to acquire the Passport within 30 days
• High degree of accuracy in following technical specifications.
• Working knowledge of common hand tools (screwdriver, screw gun, wire cutters, pliers)

Skills:

• Ability to pass manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination tests.
• Ability to pass language and applied math tests.
• Ability to self-inspect work utilizing strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret detailed specifications and instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to use measuring instruments.
• Basic computer skills including but not limited to navigating systems using a keyboard/mouse/barcode scanner.
• Must be able to read instructions in English.

Interview Procedure:

• 1st round: Written Mathematical Test
• 2nd round: Skill Test for 10 Mins.
• 3rd round: Technical Discussion and HR round
