Job Role: Payroll Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• Awareness of Asia-Pacific statutory payroll practices
• US GAAP knowledge
• Advanced with Microsoft Office Excel (vlookups, formulas, pivots)
• Ability to learn new applications, interpret and analyze payroll data, while being innovative and adaptable to change
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills to effectively resolve issues with associates, cross-functional internal teams
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality inherent to payroll matters
• Ability to work independently in an organized manner with the capability to manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines
• Working knowledge of Workday, ADP GlobalView or SAP is a plus
