Job Role: Regional Employment & Compliance Consultant

Qualifications:

• Legal or law Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience working in compliance-focused HR roles OR experienced HR professional with affinity and experience in compliance and legal topics
• Extensive experience in the India environment with additional experience at least one other APAC country
• Experience drafting legal documents, memos, and procedures
• Significant research and writing experience, including the ability to analyze data and arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action
• Demonstrated understanding of global employment law and regulations and their impact on business operations
• Ability to build credible relationships / partnerships across multiple functions with international partners at varying levels of the company
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize shifting demands
• Ability to respect confidentiality within the team and throughout the organization
• Detail-oriented with solid research and analytical skills while seeing the big picture and being able to think strategically
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in English and at least one local language
• Project management skills is a plus

Job Role: Anaplan Developer

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience with Anaplan as a model builder and administrator (certifications a plus)
• 1 - 3 years experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle ERP
• Strong understanding of Anaplan integrations - development, configuration, management
• Strong understanding of Google docs, sheets, slides
• Skilled in MS Office products
• Finance and accounting or sales operations background
