Job Role: Instructional Designer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree combined with work experience
• Experience with designing and developing online learning solutions, both synchronous and asynchronous
• Knowledge of current trends and technology to support online learning including tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Story line and others
• Familiarity with health care or operations, specifically in call center and processing
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word and PowerPoint
• Intermediate skills with MS Excel and Visio
• Proven strategic thinking abilities and an enterprise-wide perspective
• Proven to be results-oriented individual with solid influencing, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Proven solid group facilitation and presentation skills
• Proven solid analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and fact-based decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to collaborate with individuals and teams
