• Experience advocating for customer needs

Job Role: Benefits Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience in the India Employee Benefits Industry (e.g., Benefits Specialist or Benefits Consultant).
• Experience in managing and implementing onsite wellness programming
