Midwest Energy Hiring Embedded Firmware Engineer

Designation: Embedded Firmware Engineer

Eligibility: BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma (ECE, EEE, Chemical, Mechanical) 2022/2021 pass outs with aggregate of 50% and students without backlogs need to apply

Technical Skills:

Experience with ARM cortex-M and cortex-A processors in a C/C++ environment.
Exposure to hardware development and good level of understanding of components.
System level experience in Battery, Battery Management Systems.
Proficiency with model-based design workflows in MATLAB, Simulink for code generation.
Working knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, CAN (-FD), SPI, I2C, J1939, UART, PWM, Input Capture, Automotive Ethernet, etc
Comprehensive experience with Vector CAN Tools (CANalyzer, CANoe), Ethernet tools, Emulators, Debuggers, and Compilers.
Exposure to cell interconnection systems, battery pack module assemblies, electrical components, switchboxes, sensors, connectors, ventilation, cooling and heating systems, wiring harness and interfaces including safety and service requirement
Experience in SI simulation and reliability analysis using various tools.
Exposure with industry safety standards like ISO26262, CENELEC-50128, DO-178B etc. (optional)
Knowledge of designing for interfaces such as USB, I2C, UART, SPI, Ethernet, CAN.
Familiar with PCB tools such as CAD, Soft Eagle, Altium, PADs.
Excellent hardware troubleshooting skills.
Design of circuits containing embedded processors and FPGAs is a plus.
Proficiency in using lab equipment like oscilloscopes, multimeters,function generators, etc. for testing /debugging an SW feature.
Comprehensive experience with software Version Control Tools – GIT/ SVN.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile Software Development is desired. (optional)
Exposure with industry safety standards like ISO26262, Autosar, CENELEC-50128, DO-178B etc. (optional)
