Job Role: Production Support Trainee

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in system administration, network operations, or a similar role
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
