Skills:

• Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Experience in screening and evaluating technical resumes
• Strong knowledge of US IT market trends, job portals, and recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Interview Procedure:

• 1st round: Face to Face interview
• 2nd round: HR Interview
