Vitel Global Communications Private Limited is conducting a Job Mela in Telangana State for BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ Any graduate students who completed their education in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2023

Job Role: Technical Support Engineer

Eligibility: BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ Any graduate 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 passout graduates can apply.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge on LAN and WAN
• Should have basic information of Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Network Devices Like Routers, Wireless Routers, Switches, etc.
• Basic Knowledge on enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
• Knowledge into Application Support processes like SLAs, Incident Management & Change Management processes etc.
• Firewall Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting will be advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work in 24/7 support, night shifts and weekends
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Good time management skills           

Interview Procedure:

• 1st round: Screening
• 2nd round: Technical Round
