Job Role: Technical Recruiter

Eligibility: BE/ B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, BA, MBA (Any Discipline) 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, graduates with 50% aggregate throughout the academics and no backlogs need to apply.

Skills:

• 3+ years of full lifecycle US IT Recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience focused on recruiting Information Technology professionals
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders
• Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
• Well versed with job boards (Dice/Monster/LinkedIn) and ATS (Ceipal preferred)
• Ability to source Active and passive talent through market research, designing Boolean search strings, and crafting messages that will resonate with tech talent
• You are flexible and adaptable in your approach to work.
• Comfortable working independently and a can-do attitude
• Good knowledge on resume building, analyzing and tuning skills are plus for this role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills:

• Experience engaging with, assessing, and recruiting technology professionals
• Strong understanding of technical requirements
• Knowledge of various technical stacks
• Deep knowledge of applicable, technical sourcing techniques
• Experience with a variety of sourcing strategies and research tools (i.e. - LinkedIn, Boolean, GitHub, and Web)

Interview Procedure:

• 1st Round: Technical
• 2nd Round: HR
