Job Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

Eligibility: BE/ B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, BA, MBA (any Discipline) 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, graduates with>= 50% aggregate throughout the academics and no backlogs need to apply.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in core Bench sales experience
• Extensive knowledge on US IT Staffing which included Bench sales and recruitment
• Experience in marketing all type of visa consultants includes OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC.,
• Extensive experience with professional Job platforms and Job boards like DICE, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.,
• Working experience on H1B transfer profiles are key for this role
• Good knowledge on documentation like NDA, MSA, PO, COI, Vendor letter, Client letter
• Good knowledge on resume building, analyzing and tuning skills are plus for this role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills:

• Moderate knowledge on IT software industry and software technologies
• Extensive experience with professional Job platforms and Job boards like DICE, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn etc
• Basic Computer knowledge with MS Office

Interview Procedure:

• 1st Round: Technical
• 2nd Round: HR
