Assistant Sales Manager

Qualification: Graduate.

Sales Experience

1 year for SDM (preferably in BFSI)

2 year for BDM (preferably in BFSI)

3 year for ASM (min. 1 Year in BFSI)

Age: 22 to 38 years

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants (FCs)
2. Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance
3. Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
4. Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement)
5. Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
6. Enabling FCs to use latest digital platforms

Locations: Anantapur, Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Mysore/Mysuru, Chennai, Bangalore/Bengaluru
