Job Role: Telecallers/ Field sales executives

Eligibility: B.Com/ B.Sc/ BA/ B.Tech/ BCA/ B.Pharma any stream, 2021/ 2022/ 2023 passout graduates.

Age: up to 28 years can apply

Skills:

• Tele callers: Candidate should have Computer knowledge, and should have Skills, Ability to use a desktop computer system.
• Field sales executive: Candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft office

Other Skills:

Telecallers:

• Candidate should have Excellent communications skills (Written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers with Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi
• Need Basic knowledge of methods involved in promoting, and selling products or services
• Need to Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently, must have ability to successfully adapt to changes in their environment

Field sales executive:

• Candidate should have Verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and must have Proven success in an outside sales role
• Should be Able to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Able to close sales calls, overcome objectives, and negotiate
• Candidate should have Strong persuasive abilities, sound judgment, and a sense of urgency
• Interview procedure: Face to face round
