Job Role: Technical Recruiter

Eligibility: 2023, 2022 BE/ B.Tech, B.Sc MBA HR with 60% aggregate and with no backlogs only need to apply

Skills:

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, social media applications, with full-cycle recruitment as well as recruitment software
• Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns
• A professional, courteous demeanour on the phone and in person
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
• Exceptional communication skills

Interview Procedure:

• 1st round: Aptitude
• 2nd round: technical
• 3rd round: HR
