Job Role: Associate Technical Support Engineer Voice Process

Eligibility: B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BA, BBA, MBA, BE/ B.Tech (Any discipline) students graduated in 2023 with minimum 50% aggregate throughout the academics and with no backlogs.

Skills:

Basic knowledge in Hardware Troubleshooting,
Online Forums. Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures.
Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Ensure all issues are properly logged.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
The ability to think logically
Strong customer focus
Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain individual performance towards client KPIs.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge in Hardware Troubleshooting
