ICRISAT Recruitment 2023 Senior Officer HR - Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields
Minimum 5 years of HRIS/HR system support experience required with at least one HRIS implementation
Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data
Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
Understanding of HR lifecycle processes and translating them into workflows on system
Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce accurate work
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder orientation, problem-solving and analytical skills utilized in effectively collaborating with team members at all levels throughout the organization
