ICRISAT Sr. Officer Payroll & Benefits Recruitment 2023 - Qualifications:

• A Masters degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Payroll, Compensations or any related fields
• A Minimum 7 years of Payroll and Compensation Benefits administration experience required with at least 5 global Payroll administration
• Understanding of Payroll Processes, Taxation laws and procedures
• Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop creative solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce accurate work.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder orientation, problem-solving and analytical skills utilized in effectively collaborating with team members at all levels throughout the organization
• High-level written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English and other language
