ICRISAT Recruitment 2023 Senior Executive - Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years postgraduate or with a master’s degree working experience in a reputable organization, preferably in agricultural research or in business administration, public administration, Human Resources, Development studies and related disciplines.
• Pro-active and result-oriented person with knowledge and experience in the field of administration and project management.
• Good team player with multicultural works experience
• Strong multi-tasking abilities, interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills in the field of people management.
• Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team in a multicultural, multinational environment, and ability to interact effectively with Scientists, partners as a service provider. Understanding and knowledge of the administration services at International Agricultural Research Institutions (IARCs) is highly desirable.
• Complementary on the job experience in finance support services desirable, particularly in project budget monitoring.
• Experience in handling of web-based enterprise resource management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating events (workshops/conferences) at all phases from planning, budgeting through to delivery
• Experience in the usage of computer and office software packages (MS-Word, MS- Excel and database applications etc.), Photoshop Adobe and in conducting online meetings required
