Diploma in Catering / Hotel Management with 10 years’ experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
Expertise in cooking different cuisines especially in South Indian food preparation would be an added advantage
Ability to read and follow recipes
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Good communication skills
Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
